Stickin’ to the Basics
Yes, we know we are posting this on a Monday… but we are going to try something new!
Each Sunday we will try to update our blog with recipes and photos of new things we are trying, and of course the ol’ go to’s!
This past Sunday we smoked a chuck roast!
The roast was covered with a honey glaze which included brown sugar, lemon juice, red chili pepper, and black pepper. (To taste)
Smoke until the internal temp is 160 degrees. The end result will be a medium cooked roast, which is the best for grass fed beef.
